These are my training flights beginning with the third syllabus flight. OK, so the Grumman-American Cheetahs look a tad frumpy, but they work well in the training role and are a responsive aircraft for tuning your flying skill. Plus, they are lighter, faster and cleaner (less costly to operate) than a C-172.
